Fix the order-to-cash gap in manufacturing & distribution

Your order didn't stall in Zoho. It stalled between Zoho and your ERP.

Wednesday, October 28, 2026 11:00 AM CT · 12:00 PM ET Online · hosted by Zoho

Free to attend. Live demo uses dummy data only.

Sound familiar?

The work rarely breaks inside Zoho or inside your ERP. It breaks in the handoff.

01

An order ships short and nobody tells the customer.

The warehouse knows. Sales doesn't. The customer finds out when the pallet arrives.

02

A quote goes out against stock that isn't there.

Zoho shows available. The ERP shows committed. Someone promised a date they can't hit.

03

Month-end means reconciling three systems by hand.

Two days of exports and spreadsheets before anyone trusts the numbers.

This session shows how manufacturers and distributors close those gaps without leaving Zoho or replacing anything in it.

What you'll see

A live order, watched from quote to cash

EFS Networks will walk through where order-to-cash actually breaks for manufacturing and distribution teams, with a live demo of a process that follows an order across Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books and your carrier — catching what falls through, nudging the right person, and writing a clean timeline back into the record.

We'll also cover what it takes to run this safely: identity, permissions, approval gates, audit, and cost.

  • 1
A live look at a watched orderA process that follows an order for its full lifecycle and catches exceptions before the customer does.
  • 2
The three places order-to-cash breaksWhere the gaps typically open for manufacturers and distributors, and how each one gets closed.
  • 3
What “AI-ready” data actually meansWhy clean, connected data matters more than which model you pick.

Founder & CEO, EFS Networks

Evan founded EFS Networks in 2004 and has spent 22 years connecting the systems mid-market companies run on. He leads EFS's Zoho practice — more than a decade as an authorized Zoho partner and 100+ implementations — with a focus on the work around Zoho: the ERP, finance and document systems beside it, so Zoho carries the whole company's story. Under his leadership EFS became an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner with both Generative AI and Agentic AI competencies, and a member of Anthropic's Claude Partner Program.

Director of AI & Software Engineering, EFS Networks

Adam is the architect behind EFS's Zoho reference patterns — the agent-as-a-participant, watched-workflow and cross-system designs shown in this session. He builds the bi-directional integrations that connect Zoho CRM, Creator, Inventory and Books to the ERPs and document stores beside them, and he'll run the live demo.

Zoho consultants who understand the whole business

EFS Networks is a 22-year technology consulting firm headquartered in Miami. An authorized Zoho partner for more than ten years, EFS designs Zoho around real business processes — CRM, Zoho One, Creator, Books, Inventory and Analytics — and connects it to the ERPs, finance systems and document stores that sit beside it, so Zoho becomes the front end for the whole company. After the webinar

Bring us your order-to-cash process. We'll map it with you.

Attendees can book a free one-hour working session with EFS Networks. No slides — we look at your Zoho setup and the systems beside it and leave you with:

  • The handoffs where orders, quotes or invoices stall today
  • Which gaps an agent can close first, and what data it needs
  • A rough view of effort and running cost

Questions

Before you register

Is the webinar free?

Yes. It’s a free Zoho webinar presented by EFS Networks.

Do I need to be in manufacturing or distribution?

The examples are from manufacturing and distribution. If your business runs Zoho next to a second system of record — an ERP, accounting or industry system — the same patterns apply.

Do I have to replace anything in Zoho?

No. Zoho stays the front end and the system of record. Everything shown adds to what you already run.

Is this an AI session or a Zoho session?

Both. It’s about using AI to make your Zoho workflows work better — agents that watch a process, catch exceptions and act inside Zoho, with a person approving anything that touches money or customers. Zoho stays where your team works; the AI does the watching and the legwork.

What if the data I need isn’t in Zoho CRM?

That’s the point of the session. Most of the numbers that matter in order-to-cash live in the ERP, the warehouse, the carrier portal, email and PDFs. We show how that data is connected, cleaned and matched to the right Zoho record — so AI can use it and Zoho Analytics can report on it — without moving your system of record out of Zoho.

Do we need clean data before we start with AI?

You need to know where it isn’t clean. Duplicates, missing fields and records that don’t match across systems are the most common reason AI projects stall. We’ll cover what “AI-ready” data actually means and a readiness checklist you can run on your own setup.
